Black construction paper
Red construction paper
Yellow construction paper
Green construction paper
Blue construction paper
Scissors
Glue
Shiny pennies
How to Make It
Step 1:
Cut ½” strips lengthwise from the red, yellow, blue, and green construction paper. Set aside.
Step 2:
Cut two 5” wide pots from the black construction paper.
Step 3:
Cut a shamrock from the green construction paper, using the pattern below.
Glue the two black pot shapes together at the edges, leaving the top open and unglued.
Step 5:
Place the rainbow strips together. Glue the ends to either side of the inside of the black pot.
Step 6:
Glue the green shamrock onto the front of the St. Patrick’s Day Rainbow Coin Holder.
Step 7:
Fill with bright, shiny pennies to create the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!
