Halloween Spider Door Decoration

Creative and perfectly creepy, this Halloween Spider Door Decoration is so fun and easy to make, you and your preschooler will want to make them for your front door and windows, too! Although this Preschool Halloween Craft calls for a purchased fake spider web, you can also make your own with yarn or string. Happy Halloween!

Paper platePaintbrush
2 cotton balls
Cotton swab
Black construction paper
Black poster paint
Fake spider web
Double-sided tape
“Happy Halloween” printable pdf
How to Make It
Step 1:Paint the paper plate completely with the black poster paint. Allow to dry.
Step 2:
Glue the two cotton balls into place to make the spider eyes. Dip the cotton swab in the black poster paint to make “pupils” in the cotton ball spider eyes.
Step 3:
Cut eight 6-inch strips from the black construction paper. Attach to the back of the spider with the double-sided tape to create the spider legs.
Step 4:
Print and cut out the “Happy Halloween” printable pdf or write “Happy Halloween” on a piece of paper with orange magic marker.
Step 5:
Spread the fake spider web across the front door. Attach both the Halloween paper plate spider and the “Happy Halloween” sign to the web with the double-sided tape.
