31 Ways Preschoolers can Celebrate National Craft Month

March is National Craft Month! Preschool Holiday Crafts would like to celebrate this annual event by sharing some great ideas for the whole month.
Crafting with your preschooler provides important quality time and instills pride and accomplishment in your preschooler. You and your preschooler can join in the celebration all month by following this simple calendar of things to do for National Craft Month. For more information, visit the National Craft Association.
Day 1: Take a look at all the great Preschool Holiday Crafts on PreschoolRock.com. Look around the site and find a preschool holiday craft that’s just right for your preschooler!
Day 2: Visit your local craft store to get ideas and inspiration for creating some awesome crafts with your preschooler.
Day 3: Go around the house gathering household items that can be recycled and transformed into preschool holiday crafts. Toilet paper and paper towel tubes, empty boxes, jars, cans, wrapping paper, fabric scraps, silk flowers, and old clothing are all good examples of crafts materials to be found around the house.
Day 4: Sit down with your preschooler and look through family magazines, crafts magazines, and catalogs. Gather ideas for preschool holiday crafts that you and your preschooler can work on together. Make a list of supplies and tools you’ll need.
